All services are subject to availability and confirmed after inspection or consultation when required.
2. Booking & Appointments
You may book a service through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person. Upon booking, we will confirm your appointment and estimated arrival time.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Missed or last-minute cancellations may incur a call-out fee

We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unavoidable delays
3. Pricing & Payment
Our pricing is transparent and will be shared prior to starting any job. For complex tasks, an inspection may be required before quoting.

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed

We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments

VAT is applied where required under UAE law
4. Warranties & Service Quality
We provide a limited warranty on workmanship, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days, depending on the service.

This warranty does not cover misuse, third-party alterations, or pre-existing issues

We are committed to addressing any genuine service complaints as per UAE consumer protection regulations
5. Customer Responsibilities

Communicate clearly about the scope of required work
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We take all reasonable precautions while delivering services. However, we are not liable for:

Damage caused by faulty materials provided by the client

Delays due to weather, availability of parts, or external factors

Losses or damages not directly resulting from our negligence
7. Intellectual Property
