1. Services We Offer

We offer a wide range of residential and commercial services across the UAE, including but not limited to:

  • Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

  • AC installation and maintenance

  • Renovation and fit-out services

  • Waterproofing, painting, and general maintenance

All services are subject to availability and confirmed after inspection or consultation when required.


2. Booking & Appointments

You may book a service through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person. Upon booking, we will confirm your appointment and estimated arrival time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may incur a call-out fee

  • We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unavoidable delays


3. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is transparent and will be shared prior to starting any job. For complex tasks, an inspection may be required before quoting.

  • All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)

  • Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments

  • VAT is applied where required under UAE law


4. Warranties & Service Quality

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days, depending on the service.

  • This warranty does not cover misuse, third-party alterations, or pre-existing issues

  • We are committed to addressing any genuine service complaints as per UAE consumer protection regulations


5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate address and contact information

  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area

  • Communicate clearly about the scope of required work

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.


6. Liability Disclaimer

We take all reasonable precautions while delivering services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by faulty materials provided by the client

  • Delays due to weather, availability of parts, or external factors

  • Losses or damages not directly resulting from our negligence


7. Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, images, and text is the intellectual property of BDM TECHNICAL SERVICES and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.


8. Privacy & Data Use

We comply with UAE data privacy guidelines. Your personal data will be used strictly for service fulfillment and internal communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.


9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the UAE and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the emirate in which our company is registered.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised date.
